Barbie Jammin Jeep Wrangler – its pink, its Barbie and little girls (and maybe some boys) seem to absolutely adore it!
This stylish, durable Jeep is great for kids in the 3 to 5 year old range.
It has a few features which make it just like getting in Mom’s car. It comes with real doors which open and close and a storage compartment to carry everything the kids need for that long trek round the garden!
A favourite feature of the Power Wheels Barbie Jammin Jeep with all the children appears to be the real FM radio, now, I know of some instances where the radios don,t pick up any stations whilst many others have no difficulty. I would suggest that maybe your location may have some bearing on the likelihood of picking up more than just static noise from the radio.
You will find that Barbie’s Jammin Jeep has two speeds, it can be set to low – which is capable of reaching 2.5 mph or high when it can get up to an amazing 5 mph which is quitefast for a 3 year old! However, be for panic sets in. The facility is there to lock out the higher speed which is probably the safest option whilst the kid is still learning how to steer and manage the jeep properly and for the younger children. There is also the facility for reverse and it comes with power lock brakes.
The power supply is generated by a 12 volt battery which I have been assured can be fully charges in only 2 hours using the fast charger, it is also simple to remove. It also hold out well for a good few hours of fun. Having a spare fully charged battery is a good idea to avoid the game having to stop early!

The manufacturer claims that the Barbie Jammin Jeep will work well on hard surfaces or grass. Now this seems to be where the conflict begins. I have spoken to some parents/grandparents who say that their child has had no problem with spinning wheels on smooth surfaces etc. whilst others say, they have had to source rubber band coverings for the shiny hard wheels to help get more traction. The good news is, that even those who have had to source the rubber bands still love the jeep, and once they have been put on to the wheels of the Barbie Jammin Jeep it really can zoom off! – One crafty parent also informed me that black duck tape put round the plastic wheels works equally as well as rubber bands.

The one disadvantage for the adults purchasing this jeep is that you will have to build it up. It comes in lots of and it is not uncommonto take a while to build it although the instructions are clear and concise.
Once again Fisher Price have produced a fun, durable and safe to ride ride on with the Barbie Jammin Jeep Wrangler giving the children to have great fun whilst being to some degree educational too. You should maybe consider a safety helmet for your child whilst riding on the jeep, it is not essential all the kids I have been in contact with seem to love this ride on toy and whilst parents have some little irritations the majority of them too would recommend the purchase of a Power Wheels Barbie Jammin Jeep Wrangler for your little princess.
